REMOTE SERVICES:

We pride ourselves on the success we’ve had with our remote clients. We’ve done everything from remote rehab to staff inservices to consult sessions in a way that leaves our clients more equipped to overcome and adapt to their particular needs.

CONSULT SESSION: This is one of our most popular services, and for good reason: you get answers to your specific questions. This is best suited for a coach dealing with injured athletes, those that are looking for general recommendations about what your next steps can be if you don’t feel necessary to commit to full on remote rehab, gym owners looking for inservices for their staff, athletes or coaches wanting to understand certain concepts. It’s a good way to stay ahead of your pain or issues before they prevent you from training.
$80/hour

CONSULT SESSION + 30 DAYS ACCESS: This is ideal for ensuring that you’re on the right track with the suggestions provided in a consult session. Dani will remain available to you to answer any questions, make any changes, or provide insight as movement/pain evolves over the next month. This is not full programming, and best intended for the athlete who is independent but would like additional insurance on making progress by using Dani for continued support.
$200/month (Broken down to $80/call, $30/week for guidance)

REMOTE COACHING: We offer three unique packages at MERGE:
GROUNDWORK is a package designed for the athlete looking to improve movement quality with personalized, targeted mobility and stability work. If staying healthy enough to train is your way to ensure progress, this is your insurance policy. You’ll start with a movement screen and video call where our staff will ask for further detail. You’ll be prescribed tailored movements to improve where you need it most with bi-weekly follow up.
$120/month

FOUNDATION is our mid-tier package. You choose to work with Dani or Dave with custom programming, weekly feedback, and guidance for the aches/pains that can come with training. No matter which coach you choose, you get access to Dani for injury based needs/questions, and you’re getting both coaches’ sign off on your programming.
$150/month

BUILD is designed for the athlete that wants it all: weekly check ins, custom programming, prehab/mobility work, technique coaching, and relevant feedback with weekly 30 minute calls if desired. This is ideal for the competitive powerlifter, weekend warrior, or general fitness enthusiast looking to improve performance, feel stronger, and move better.
$280/month

REMOTE REHAB: We pride ourselves on the results we get for our remote clients, and for understanding what it takes to come back from injury because we’ve been there; our unique blend of clinical knowledge and empathy means we are committed to getting you back to doing what you love. Working with MERGE for your remote rehab means developing a partnership founded on communication. What you get with our team includes:

-Initial 60 minute skype or facetime call
-Weekly 30 minute follow up calls to ensure you and Dani are on the same page
-Analysis of possibility: This is our way of asking, “how can we make this whole experience the best it can be for the long term good?”
-FULL custom programming with constant assessment of your goals, needs, and timeline.
-Session follow ups: including video analysis, changes to programming, and general communication regarding how sessions went.
-Top-notch support with unlimited texts/emails, and rapid updates to programming as needed.

LAST MINUTE MEET HELP: This service was unplanned, and evolved out of necessity to meet needs. You’ve put in the work and hours preparing for your meet, and what felt like a minor ache/pain through your training block has evolved to make you wonder if you even should get on the platform.
